(would love to have parent support)  They have a beautiful new 50 meter pool

  • they will feed the kids after the meet….pizza sandwiches type of thing

  Pay-to Play problem:  The Athletic Office says that it has not received the fees for pay-to-play for the following 4 swimmers:  Haley Ransler, Paige Ransler, Mike LaCount, and Ben Orkiszewski.  Contact Regina Sheppard at the ADs office (AHS main number = 232-2772) with either the money or the proof that it has already been paid (copy of a cancelled check).  You can not swim (practice or meets) starting Tuesday December 11th until the fee is paid.
Tuesday meet:  The bus for the Mason meet on Tuesday leaves at 3:15 p.m. 
Tuesday practice:  If you are not scheduled to swim in the meet then practice will be from 3 - 4 p.m.  
During the Christmas school break the JV practice time will be daily from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  There will be no practices on Sundays during the break nor on Christmas and New Year's Day.  Practice will be held all other days.

Please remind your swimmer to pack food for the meet. They will be tired after a day at school, make sure they are not also hungry. PARENT REPS WILL NOT BE PROVIDING SUBS FOR THIS MEET. Water, gatorade and low fat foods such as bagels, subs and fruit are always good choices. As Ed mentioned, we just found out we are responsible for timers. I know it will be a challenge for many to make it to Mason before 5(timer's meeting will probably be 4:40-4:45). If you think you will be available, please email ritalb@cinci.rr.com. At our home meets, workers do not pay, I'm not sure what their policy is but ask before paying. THIS Friday will be our first pasta dinner hosted by the VonHertsenbergs. The dinner will begin @ 6:30. From school, take Forest to right on Eight Mile. Right on Woodruff then right on Eastdale. 8094 Eastdale Dr.
